Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
United Kingdom (standard & express) and selected EU countries at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
UK Standard: 3–7 business days. UK Express: 1–2 business days. EU: 5–12 business days.

Is shipping free?
UK Standard is free on orders over £75. Otherwise £4.95.

Do I pay duties or VAT?
UK orders include VAT. EU customers may pay local duties on delivery.

Returns & exchanges

What’s your return window?
14 days from delivery, in original condition with tags.

Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

How long for a refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

How do I find my size?

Are colours accurate?
We photograph in natural light, but screens vary. If a piece doesn’t match expectation, return it within 14 days.

Which payment methods?
Major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay via Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Email support@intessium.com within 1 hour of ordering. Once dispatched, follow our Returns process.
