14-Day Return Window

The Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all custom INTESSIUM tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of use.

To initiate a return, contact us at intessium@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number to receive secure return tracking instructions.

Refund Terms

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover direct courier costs incurred for your delivery.
